Data Deletion – WhatsApp / Meta

PremioBad respects your right to have your personal data deleted.

If you have communicated with us via WhatsApp, or if personal data has been processed as part of our WhatsApp/Meta integration, you may request the deletion of this data at any time.

Which data may be affected?

This may include in particular:

• your telephone number
• your WhatsApp profile name
• messages and conversation content
• images, documents or other files transmitted via WhatsApp
• message and communication data such as date, time and message status
• data stored in our customer or CRM system in connection with your WhatsApp communication

How to request deletion

Please tell us the telephone number you used to communicate with PremioBad via WhatsApp so that we can clearly identify the relevant data.

Once the data has been identified, we will delete it, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds prevent deletion.

We will inform you once your deletion request has been processed.
